Jay Daniels is a New Orleans based solo practitioner and litigator. A 2008 graduate of Tulane University Law School, Jay has handled thousands of cases in the areas of criminal defense, personal injury, family law, and estate planning. Jay devotes a portion of his practice to advising small businesses and closely held entities.
Upon graduating from law school, Jay had the honor of serving the indigent population of New Orleans while working as a staff attorney for the Orleans Public Defender’s Office. Following his service as an indigent defender, Jay started his solo practice.
Founded upon the ideal that competent, zealous, and effective representation can also be affordable, a hallmark of Jay’s practice is his ability to employ his breadth and depth of expertise to provide practical solutions uniquely suited to meet each client’s individual needs.
A native of the Westbank of New Orleans, Jay is a graduate of Howard University and Edna Karr High school.
Jay is married and the proud father of one daughter and one son.
